Sailor Moon V * Tales Of The Night Okay, it's README file time again, and y'all had better be sitting down for this one. After getting besieged by requests to either 'juice up' the 'lemon' content of my "Dark Adventure" series or to write a separate lemon series, I finally decided to take a potshot at writing a lemon episode. This is sort of a reversal of my earlier stance on the 'no-lemonade' restrictions I had self-imposed on "Dark Adventures" (which some say I have consequently violated, which is debatable), but keep in mind this is just an experiment that can easily be either File-13'd or routed to the ever-popular UNIX /dev/null section (ie: trash can) if things go sour, as it were. Although this falls under the general plotlines of the "Dark Adventures," this is really a separate series. It's still called SMV because of fact that I'm using the original characters and plot modifications I made to the original Sailor Moon series, but it's a separate plot. If this makes any sense. (Take Two: Same characters, same initial background, differing and unrelated plots.) Oddly enough (and I have no problem admitting this), I didn't have as nearly as bad a hormone problem writing the first Episode for SMV*TN as I have had as of late with the 5th Episode of SMV*DA. Why? No k'vesi clue. The only true difference between DA and TN is that TN is more sexually explicit. That's it. (It has a very hollow plotline, but then again, show me a lemon that doesn't). I still have the same profanity restrictions (at least in English ) as before, since I really don't see the need for blatant profanity. That may change, however, as this is still an experiment and I haven't gotten around to thinking up a suitable scene with Leda in it, and I sort of have her pegged down as the type who would cuss up a blue streak if you gave her half a chance. As for the level of graphic detail, this series is the limit. I simply cannot write anything more graphic than this. Why? Partly because I'm not quite as knowledgeable in the pleasures of the flesh as some, and partly because there's this little cluster of brain cells that keeps saying, "No, you can't write that because it sounds wrong." I still haven't figured out if its part of my conscience or just an analytical cluster of brain cells. The bottom line is that SMV*TN is definitely a 'mature audience only' series, which is probably bound by assorted legal restrictions, depending on where you live. I'm no lawyer, so I can't say who can read this and who can't, but you should know if you're supposed to be able to read this or not. And if you have to ask if you're allowed, then you're better off waiting awhile before to start digging into this stuff. As for distribution, again you should know better who to give it to and who to keep it away from. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, flames, whatever, please don't hesitate to e-mail me at the below address. As I also have to deal with message traffic relating to my other series, please specify which series you are writing to me about. Use SMV*DA for the "Dark Adventures" series and SMV*TN for the "Tales of the Night". email: SailorMoonV@sailormoonv.net website: http://www.sailormoov.net Please note that at the time of this writing (12 December 2003), I am still unable to completely resurrect my primary computer, despite having the entire motherboard replaced. Neither hard drive is responding, and I fear a total loss of data. All of my stories are archived elsewhere, so SMV will not be lost in any way, but future updates will be delayed while I focus on getting my system repaired (if possible) or replaced. Please bear with me. Thanks. Special thanks to: Jen Burns (jenadelaney@hotmail.com) for her continuing support for my works for the past few years and for her construction of a web site for SMV. Bonus kudos to her for writing the 3rd Episode of "Tales of the Night". Luna (echo5a@deskmedia.com) for her assistance and support for SMV*DA since the day I released the 1st Episode for public consumption (also known as D-Day to some....), as well as for her guidance in keeping SMV*DA in line with decent taste. Tim Nolan (nomad@cyberverse.com) for his never-ending advice and suggestions on ways to improve and fine-tune SMV*DA, which has (on quite a number of occasions) caused me to do a little soul-searching for various reasons, always with surprising results. And last, but NEVER least, a sizable thank-you and a humble bow goes to Takeuchi Naoko for creating Sailor Moon in the first place, giving myself and the rest of the world another avenue to explore our creativity and to share our imaginations.
